Business Sense
Anil’s business qualification, experience and acumen gives him the necessary foundation and pillars to appreciate how businesses and companies organise themselves. It shows him, among other things, that profitability is unachievable unless organisations coordinate their people (HR), operations and working capital (finance) systematically and efficiently. The organisation’s culture and ethos determine ultimately the organisation’s sustainability and growth.
