Yuan Sheng graduated from the University of Sheffield with a Bachelor of Laws and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2019. He has always been a litigator and keen on advocacy. Even in university well before his legal practice, Yuan Sheng was already part of a team which emerged runners-up in internal and external mooting competitions.
Yuan Sheng’s key areas of practice include civil litigation and corporate law.
In a very short period, Yuan Sheng has been involved and has gained much experience in matters relating to contract law, company law, insolvency, family law, personal injury claims, amongst others.
